“We met Jo through Zillow. We were looking for a house 2000 miles away in Alpena, Michigan. Jo took care of a lot of our local issues while we sold our house in Arizona. She was professional when I was unhappy that we came in second in bidding for a house. It was not her fault and when the opportunity came when the winning offer backed out, Jo was there to save the day. Even after the closing, she helped us find movers to help us move in to our house. She truly was helpful throughout the process and I'm not sure we could've done it without her.”
